Myofascial & Bodywork Therapies

We are so excited to welcome our new Staff Therapist, Debi Cantrell, to our office!

Debi's passion is to help others, which prompted her career in massage therapy.  She completed her massage practitioner program in 2015, but quickly realized that the benefits of Myofascial Release helped her better follow her passion and continued her training with 270 specific hours in Myofascial Release that include Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Skin Rolling.

Her deep compassion for others, combined with her love for fitness and health provide healing benefits both physically and emotionally for her clients.

Welcome!

Natural Nurturing is a private outpatient therapy office located in the greater Los Angeles area serving the communities in the Santa Clarita Valley including Valencia, Santa Clarita, Saugus, Canyon Country, Newhall and Stevenson Ranch.

Our job at Natural Nurturing is to facilitate your healing by helping to relieve chronic areas of tension and injury to restore you to optimal health and mobility. Whether you have sustained an injury, suffer from chronic pain, or are recovering from an illness, or want to prevent injury or illness, we believe we can help you. Your treatment plan will be personalized to help relieve your pain through the John F. Barnes style of Myofascial Release (MFR) and/or Lymphatic Drainage therapy..

I believe that our health should not be treated as a luxury and taking part in regularly scheduled bodywork can play a huge part in how healthy we can be and how youthful we will remain with each passing year.

~Nancy McPeters, CMT, MMP

Nancy McPeters is the owner/operator of Natural Nurturing. She completed her massage therapy certification in 2011, in which she received an education in many massage modalities. Nancy immediately continued her bodywork education by taking an advanced course in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, then completed another advanced course, Medical Massage Practitioner, which taught her how to work within the parameters of prescription based massage and insurance.  This Medical Massage Practitioner class prompted an interest in Myofascial Release. Nancy found numerous John Barnes style Myofascial Release classes at Hands On Healing, and back to class she went.  Nancy is so excited about Myofascial Release that she has taken numerous hours (over 100 hours and counting!) in Myofascial Release.

Nancy's love of learning futher sparked a desire to further her education.  She attained Associate Degrees in Biological and Physical Science and Kinesiology.

Nancy also understands the importance of good nutrition as an essential component to the health and wellness paradigm and has obtained a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition.
